Frequently Asked Questions

Is the WFMS a charity?

Yes, we are currently an unincorporated charity with our constitution being adopted in November 2022. Essentially, a small UK charity that has not been registered (incorporated) with the Charity Commission, or other regulator.

Do WFMS members receive any training?

Prior to being authorised to use the WFMS machinery, all members must complete an online training pack. This pack includes online tutorials, machine user manual familiarisation and risk assessment awareness. Members may also on request be allocated a recognised first aid training course.

Who is allowed to join the WFMS?

All adults of all abilities are welcome to join the WFMS.

Membership fees apply.

When is the WFMS open?

The WFMS is open every Saturday Morning between 10 am and 1 pm and every Wednesday evening 4 pm to 7 pm. Each session will have a minimum of two members present and at least one qualified first aider.
